Work for me this week has gone so slowly – I just want to get on a plane and get away. I would pay serious money for sun and sand right now. (If I had big money – I only have very small, basically invisible money). Where would everyone rather be right now?
Walking through the sunny streets of London last week I took this photo and it made me so desperate to be flying through the sky rather than looking at it from down here.
A year ago on the 18th February, I set off on my travels around the world. I officially got infected with the travel bug and every spare daydream moment I have goes into planning my next adventure.
Instead, I am stuck at work. On the floor. Packaging shoes. Not ideal.

However, I did manage to have fun in London, midst my desperate desire to fly away (after all, no matter where I fly, I always miss home). I got to have a dreamy midweek treat of mussels and calamari. It was SEAsational.

One of my favourite things about living in London is my closeness to Hampstead Heath. I know nothing beats fresh country air and a walk through fields outside of the Big Smoke, but Hampstead Heath is pretty close. And it is beautiful. Look at the head of hair on my sister – hair of dreams.

I got this view on the bus home from work yesterday. London is dreamy when it isnt raining.

Breakfast this morning.. my diet starts on Monday…
