I would like to introduce you to my new
partner in crime on nights out – my JADA clutch from british handbag and
accessories company – Brown&Berry. I was very kindly sent this clutch as
a gift and it has since been totally adopted into my handbag family.
This clutch has a gorgeous Mulberry handbag feel to
it, in terms of style and quality whilst having the stud details to make it stand out, which I love.
For nights out this is a perfect sized bag.
It very happily fits a phone, keys, cards, and mascara – and depending on how
wild a night you were having – you could get a hip flask in there too. It has already accompanied me out and about for dinners and evenings out.
However, as for using it as a day bag – I wasn’t sure. I am a big bag person normally, as is most of the female population.
And as you can see, you would struggle to
fit an umbrella and make up bag in this clutch. I am so used to lugging
everything around with me for the ‘just incase’ situations. An umbrella incase
it rains, Paracetamol incase I get a headache, a magazine incase I have time to
read it on the tube, sunglasses incase it gets sunny, make-up incase I need to
fully reapply my face if I bump into Ryan Gosling etc.. So I thought I would
struggle using it on a day out.
But I took this bag for a test drive and it was
great. Luckily I didn’t need an umbrella or a magazine and I easily got all my
essentials in there – phone, car keys, money and I did managed to get a pair of
sunglasses in there too – what more do you need? Especially with summer around
the corner, the bags can get smaller as we don’t need room for layers, scarfs,
hats and gloves.
It was amazing how quickly I found my keys
at the end of the day too – this normally takes at least 5 mins for me to root
around in the bottom of my bag through packets of tissues incase I suddenly got
a cold.

I love the strap (there are two – a super
short one and a long one) and the bag itself its made of gorgeous leather.
In the words of Shakespeare, ‘Though she be
but little; she is fierce’.
So head over to Brown & Berry and have a browse at their gorgeous handbags and accessories. I have my eye on their Cherry Tote – but I can’t decide if I want it in pink or black? Any suggestions?
