So… I pretty much live in this outfit at the moment… Reasons why:
1) These are my favourite black skinny jeans – which if you have been following me for a while – you will know that I get separation anxiety if I don’t wear these at least 3 times a week
2) Most of the outfit is black and I like black.
3) The only part of the outfit that isn’t black is my new jumper and it is the softest, loveliest, prettiest, baby pink jumper in the land, so it is ok that it is not black. My only issue with it is that it does seem to make me look even paler than I actually am. I am pale enough without adding a nude coloured jumper that takes me down a few more shades.
In hindsight… I probably should have either 1) gone on an exotic holiday or 2) applied some fake tan so it looks like I have been on an exotic holiday. But alas, I didn’t do that as I haven’t used fake tan in about 4 years… (maybe now is a good time to invest.)
ANYWAY.
In summary of the above waffle – I love this outfit.
My jumper is from Brandy Melville (pretty much where all my other clothes are from at the moment) and it is new and so therefore very exciting to me. I have this weird problem where, whenever I buy something new, I wear it all the time – like, alllll the time. (I still wash my clothes don’t worry – but then it comes out the wash and I am so excited to wear it straight away again). So I always think to myself, “What on earth did I used to wear before I had this jumper”. Then I will go shopping again and find something else and the whole process starts over again. I am fall in and out of love too quickly with jumpers… I am a jumper player. I shall seek help.
For any of you who don’t know about at Brandy Melville – it is an American brand, it came over here a year or two ago, it is so cheap, probably the softest material ever, and it is basically just very simple, minimalistic pieces like plain t-shirts, jeans, jackets and jumpers. LOVE.
My jacket is from Zara (yep, stole that one out of my sisters wardrobe again) and jeans are from Topshop.
The other two items I wanted to introduce you to are my amazing Regina Black Suede boots and my fav handbag at the moment (which you will have seen from my Instagram already) from the luxuriously fabulous brand, Fairfax & Favor.
I am beyond obsessed with this handbag – it has literally gone everywhere with me since it arrive at my door a few weeks ago. Fairfax & Favour very kindly gifted me the boots and the handbag and I am so in love. The bag has that timeless elegance to it and it is the most perfect ‘handbag’ size (you know what I mean right?). The boots are knee-high (I have quite long legs so almost-knee-high on me) stylish, beautiful, whilst also being practical – in the most un ‘mum shoe’ sense imaginable.
Also – everyone loves having shoes that match their handbag and Fairfax & Favor made this a reality for me. I mean, who doesn’t want the tassels on their boots to match the ones on their bag?
– I actually don’t remember a time when the wind hasn’t got all up in my face the second we start shooting – I mean – Come on –
The wind ended up driving me so insane that I had to tie my freshly blowdried hair into a low ponytail to stop it from getting even more blow dried. I tied it up quickly in the kind of ponytail that Kendall Jenner can totally rock and look amazing with, but the kind that when I attempt it, I end up looking like I don’t have any hair.

Huge thank you to Fairfax & Favor for gifting me these incrediblely beautiful items from your amazing collection. OH, I also almost forgot – one of my favourite and unique parts of the brand is that you can change the tassels on the boots. They sell tassels in literally 25 different colours so you can brighten up your boots and bag by changing the tassels to whatever you want. You could almost wear a ‘different’ pair of boots every day of the month. One day plain black boots, one day black boots with pink tassels, one day with zebra tassels. Endless possibilities. In summary – I love this brand and I am so pleased I found them.
