Hot Boots, Chilly Thighs

I have been obsessed with this look for such a long time and a look I have been desperate to recreate – pretty much since a Kardashian first stepped out in an oversized t-shirt and thigh highs. And MissPap made that dream come through for me when they sent me this outfit.

Ok so – I am wearing the Gabrielle over-the-knee boots, Lani tan suede biker jacket and then the Kiah black t-shirt dress, all from MissPap.com.

If I am honest – is it slightly too chilly to get away with this outfit at this time of year? – yes. BUT add another layer/ knitwear, get a hat and a scarf and some gloves and you will be good to go.

I am totally in love with this jacket – it is SO affordable (£35) and I can tell that I will be wearing this through spring and summer.

I also love these boots. I love the colour. Originally, I wanted to get them in black, but they had unfortunately sold out in my size. So I went for the grey. I was feeling sliiiiiiightly disappointed about this, until they arrived and I tried them on. And I really love them.

Was it a mistake shooting this outfit post on cobbles in these heels? Yes. I wobbled everywhere and ALMOST broke my ankle. Twice. BUT on a normal street, I could quite comfortably strut my stuff (with very few wobbles). The only thing I would say about these boots is that they did keep slipping down a little bit as they don’t have any ties at the back etc but I imagine would have stayed put if I was wearing skinny jeans as there would be a little bit more fabric friction than my pale winter limbs.
