Hey my beautiful lot! Hope you are well and enjoying the VERY FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. HEY NEW SEASON.

I am preparing to welcome Autumn with open arms, but only in terms of getting to buy myself an exciting new autumnal wardrobe and some new ankle boots – I flat out refuse to let go of summer in terms of longer evenings, sipping cocktails on the balcony, and not having to wear millions of layers.

So in a desperate attempt to hold on to all those summery vibes – I am going to continue to treat myself to my favourite Summer2k18 cocktails for the next few months (until my blood turns purely to hot chocolate in around November) as they make me VERY happy.

I am super excited to be collaborating with Chambord UK (@chambordchannel_uk) on this post to show you one of my favourite summer cocktail recipes that literally is so easy and quick to make and also VERY affordable, which is fab as you will want to be sipping these regularly.

Today’s cocktail that I want to share with you is the Chambord Spritz. Now I love a spritz – they are so refreshing and delicious but normally a bit bitter. HOWEVER – with the Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur, these spritzes are so fruity and divine. Chambord is made from the world’s finest black and red raspberries, with Madagascan vanilla and XO Cognac (how fancy) so they taste amazeballs.

Now onto the important stuff –

How to make the Chambord Spritz:

What you need:

Only 3 very simple ingredients (plus some ice).

To make this cocktail you will need:

1) A bottle of Chambord – the one I have here is the gorgeous limited edition summer packaging 20cl – isn’t it SO pretty (It also has recipes for other cocktail options on it as well!). You can buy it for £8 RRP from Tesco’s, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons & Waitrose.

2) Some dry white wine

3) Soda water.

Pop some ice cubes into a large wine glass. Pour in the Chambord liqueur and the white wine. Top it with soda water and TA DAAAAAAA, you are cocktail ready.

HOW SIMPLE AND EASY WAS THAT. I also added in some raspberries and pretty straws because I’m extra. I also love having some form of stirrer in the glass to mix around the ice.

I also added confetti – because – that is important in life.

What is everyone else’s favourite summer cocktail? Or have you tried any of the other suggested cocktails on the Chambord limited edition box?

Thank you so much for reading and I really hope you enjoyed this post 🙂

This blog post was written in collaboration with Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur but all thoughts and confetti are my own.
